SCOPE OF WORK:
The project comprised the alteration, refurbishment and extension of former offices into six residential units at Arlington Road, Camden, London. The building was within a conservation area so required thorough management to ensure all conditions were met. The building required extensive works to the existing shell and core to produce space suitable to fit out into high end ‘loft’ style apartments.
