SCOPE OF WORK:
The refurbishment of existing bedrooms, suites and corridors within Claridge’s Hotel, London. The works are being carried out on a rolling room improvement programme whilst the hotel is in operation. Works are constrained by time due to finished rooms being booked out in advance, this therefore requires meticulous Project Management to meet the occupancy dates. Key works packages are procured separately to the main contract in order to provide best value to the Client and to ensure quality and time requirements are also fulfilled.
