SCOPE OF WORK:
The complete refurbishment of the historic Grade 1 listed Connaught Hotel building and a new wing extension. The works included extensive shell and core works along with a complete luxury fit out of the five-star hotel including bedrooms, reception, meeting rooms, spa, circulation, back of house areas etc. The project was procured traditionally to a main contractor on the basis of Bills of Quantities with a number of the key sub-contracts being directly procured in order to control quality and cost.
