SCOPE OF WORK:
Strip out and re-fit of existing restaurant space including internal alteration works to create a new fine dining restaurant within Claridge’s Hotel, London. This project was extremely time critical in order to meet the Client and Restaurateurs operating needs. This necessitated advanced procurement both in construction and FF&E to ensure the programme was achieved.
