SCOPE OF WORK:
Construction of a new prime Belfast City Centre 14 storey apartment development with 36 Nr luxury turnkey apartments. The development which is styled on prime London apartment living also included a residence lounge, roof top garden, gym and concierge. The works were carried out on an incredibly tight city centre site which necessitated particular attention when cost planning to ensure budget limits were correctly set.
