SCOPE OF WORK:
The refurbishment of the existing restaurant space within The Berkeley Hotel, London to create a new fine dining restaurant for Marcus Wareing. The works included complete strip out and luxury fit out of all areas including front of house and back of house areas including a completely new kitchen installation. Key trades were procured separately in order to fit the programme and maximise value to the Client.
