SCOPE OF WORK:
The fit out of new shell retail space at the Hanover Square development to form a luxury deli and two basement levels of prep kitchens and office space. The works involved installing a new upper floor structure to form a mezzanine floor. The fit-out works were of a very high end nature and included book matched marble to the floors and walls.
