The refurbishment of the existing Odyssey Pavilion including new front entrance works to refresh the front elevation, a complete internal refurbishment including strip out of existing vacant units, reconfiguration of internal space, replacement of the ground floor slabs, creation of additional first floor space, new internal finishes, services installations, lift installations and extensive external works.
