The complete re-modelling of an existing vacated military base to create a new state of the art science park for healthcare research and development and the production of healthcare products and pharmaceuticals. The works include the refurbishment of existing buildings on the site and the construction of new bespoke buildings. There have also been significant infrastructure projects to increase the power and data networks. The works include complex services and equipment installations and specialist finishes.
