SCOPE OF WORK:
The construction of a new modern wine making Chai at Chateau La Coste, France which was required to increase and refine the wine making process from the estate’s vineyards. Work to form the Chair included building two large aluminium barrel-vaulted structures including a large basement area which is utilised to house the wine vats. The complex production installations required careful planning and management to ensure the efficiency of the wine making and bottling processes were maximised.
